Where recovery and performance meet.
Most people are told to choose: rehab now, perform later. Physigon closes that gap. We treat the body as one continuous system using movement assessment, hands-on therapy, and structured performance programming to take you from injury, or plateau, to your next level.
One system, three stages of movement.
Movement Assessment
A full analysis of how you actually move mechanics, imbalances, and injury risk so every next step is built on data, not guesswork.
Recovery & Rehab
Hands-on therapy and guided rehab programming that treats the root cause, not just the symptom built around your assessment, not a generic protocol.
Performance Training
Structured strength and conditioning built on your assessment data turning a cleared injury or a stalled plateau into measurable, ongoing progress.
